The Coronado Shores Condominium Community consist of 10 building complexes comprised of approximately 1,500 units. Built throughout the 1970’s in Coronado, California.  

Each tower is incorporated and governed by its own condominium association. The common area, amenities, & recreational facilities are managed, operated, and maintained by the L&R Committee acting as an unincorporated master association.

Fronting the Pacific Ocean & adjacent of the world-famous Hotel del Coronado, the towers have views that encompass the panorama of the Vallecitos mountains, downtown San Diego, San Diego Bay, the City of Coronado, Point Loma, and the Pacific Ocean.
