GENERAL SESSION MEETING

January 3, 2023, 2:30pm, Zoom Conference Video Call

MINUTES

  1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Robert Clinton called the meeting to order at 2:30pm.

  1. OPEN FORUM: None

 

  1. NOMINATING COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS:
  2. Karen Perry stated that it is the recommendation of the nominating committee that Robert Clinton be the Chair of the L&R Committee for the current year of 2023 and that Oliver McGonigle remain the 2023 Treasurer of the L&R Committee. Motion:  Jim Woolf made the motion to nominate Robert Clinton to be the L&R Chair for 2023 and it was seconded by Jan Yanda.  (Vote 8/1, # 10 no, #9 absent) Motion Passed.  Motion:  Jan Zobrist made the motion to nominate Oliver McGonigle as the 2023 Treasurer of the L&R Committee and it was seconded by Robert Clinton.  (Vote 9/0, #9 absent) Motion Passed.

 

  1. L&R SUB-COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS: Robert Clinton reported that Jan Zobrist will remain as the Chair of the Beach Club Sub-Committee, Carlos Bonacich will be the Chair of the Recreation Advisory Group, Robert Clinton will be the Chair of the Landscape Sub-Committee and Felicia Bell will be the Vice Chair, and Karen Perry will be the Chair of the Facilities Advisory Group.  Linda Shenwick asked for consideration to become a member of the Facilities Advisory Group.

 

  1. NEXT GENERAL SESSION MEETING DATE:  2:30pm, Thursday, January 19, 2023, Roeder Pavilion In-person and via Zoom.
